Great group. Always honest and fair. Excellent work. If something is not right, they will make it right. Customer service is always top notch. These guys are the friendliest bunch I have ever encountered. The go above and beyond the call of duty and you always feel they are taking care of you and your car. I highly recommend them. Always on time, at or under estimate and always, always fun yet professional; the work is OUTSTANDING as well! Had to get my car repaired a couple of months ago. Heard about Steve's from a friend. Great customer service and the mechanics explained everything! I had a lot of work done to the car, but felt very comfortable with them. Would certainly recommend them!! Best service folks in Woodbridge. Top it off with the best mechanics (we love Eron)and you get a great Team. We have been getting our two Nissans there since 2008. I had a flat tire and they fixed it quick and at no cost. Been going there ever since. Yes we have a Nissan dealer just down the street, but Steve beats them hands down. Period. They are quite simply the best. We want to take them to Michigan when we move back there. Great place to take your vehicles. They do a great job with the repair but they treat you like no other place I've ever been. They took me to work when I dropped off the car, picked me up when it was done and I got a nice little bag of treats when I paid for it. One other thing I liked about them is they were realistic about the repairs - even telling me which repairs I could put off since I didn't have the money to do everything they recommended. Highly recommend you use them.

A major cause of transmission failure is contamination. Would you believe a particle as small as a hair can lead to transmission failure? It can. A human hair is only 30-35 microns in diameter, while the smallest particles most transmission filters will remove are 60 microns in diameter. Small contaminants, not removed by the filter, remain suspended in the fluid until they eventually find their way to the internal components of the transmission. If transmission failure does occur, a significant amount of contaminant will collect in the cooler. With the installation of a JASPER remanufactured transmission, it is imperative that a clean supply of transmission fluid is supplied to the new unit.
