Since your Mercedes is as individual to itself as it is to you, vehicle specific maintenance needs are assessed individually. Here are some of the basics:

Oil Service with Safety Check
- Replace engine oil and filter with recommended filter and synthetic oil
- Reset service reminder
- Top off fluids
- Test battery
- Check for basic safety items
A Service
- Function check dashboard warning lamps, exterior lighting, windshield washers, windshield wipers, seat belts, door handles, emergency brake, horn
- Replace engine oil and filter with recommended filter and synthetic oil
- Reset service reminder
- Lubricate door hinges, strikers, plates, hood latch, hood hinges, trunk hinges
- Inspect fresh air filters
- Cooling system inspection including anti-freeze level and condition, hoses, clamps, signs of leakage
- Check tire tread depth, pressure, rotate when applicable
- Measure brake pad thickness
- Determine condition of brake rotors, fluid, lines
B Service
- All A Service items
- Inspect battery, starting, charging systems
- Replace cabin air filters
- Function check climate control systems, blower motor, air distribution, temperature controls
- Verify proper operation of power windows, power mirrors, sunroof
- Ensure tire pressure of spare
- Visually inspect all major components for leaks or failures
- Check overall condition of steering and suspension components
